Monday, March 28th at 7:00 PM the Scoutmaster Elections for all adults. The troop meeting has been cancelled to allow all adults to participate in Scoutmaster Elections.

This monday Cub Scout from 2 packs visit. The scouts will be doing cooking demonstrations of five minutes or less, 1 per patrol along with 1 for the Fossils. They the older boys teach Flag Etiquette. After that, food sampling. We’re hoping for as many parents as possible to be able to attend the meeting to assist and “entertain” the cub scout parents!  Next Monday, we are nominating people for positions. Those who were nominated, remember to bring you speeches. The list goes as followed:
Just a note about next weeks meeting: We will be offering Youth Protection Training after the committee meeting. Jodie will bring the DVD from the scout office and Carey will administer the test after we watch it. She already has 3 of the committee members coming for sure. Hopefully it will only take about 1/2 hour. So,if you need your Youth Protection training and can’t do it online, please come.  son might have brought home a brochure on Operation Christmas Child shoebox drive. If you have any questions about this shoebox drive, please call Lora at #475-8393 and she would be happy to answer them. The collection date for the boxes is Monday, November 15th at the Troop meeting. Get ready for nominations on September 20th. As part of next Monday’s meeting (August 23rd) we will be having a barbeque for the boys. The troop will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, and drinks.
